Console & CTRL: a Black mental health writing workshop w/ SWCHC + ORCC

In partnership with Somerset West Community Health Centre and the Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre

Join us on Saturday, March 9th from 2pm-5pm at Kind Space, for a writing workshop. We will be taking a deep dive into SZA’s album CTRL, listening to select songs, providing writing prompts and having larger conversations on Black mental health. Snacks and refreshments provided!
