Mental Health & Wellness Expressive Art Circle for Women & Femme Survivors
Managing or recovering from mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression related symptoms is not always easy. While coping strategies, medications, and therapy can help greatly, it’s important to understand how to prevent mental health relapses. Women & femme identifying survivors are invited to join us at the Circle to embark on a meditative journey through art so that you can receive the valuable message from your future vibrant self and foster relaxation and inner peace.
