Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing for BIPOC Women & Femme Survivors
Join us for a 5-week virtual program and learn practical ways to cultivate self-compassion and self-care, manage difficult emotions (e.g. stress, anxiety, anger, guilt and fear), replace automatic negative thoughts with healthier thoughts and be present and reconnect with your body.
